Please prepare digital copies of the following before scheduling your application filing:
Ensure annual accounts are audited.
Draft AGM resolutions and directors' report.
Compile and certify AOC-4 and MGT-7.
Submit forms with digital signature certificates on MCA portal.
Within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The RoC can strike off the company's name and disqualify its directors from other board seats.
